No matter what type of area you live in,
transportation does matter. The United States would not be a strong economy
without it. If living in an urban area such as New York City, then transportation
is needed because the city is far too big to walk everywhere. They have taxi
cabs and subways, but they are not always available due to the amount of people
who live and visit there, so a car can be handy. If living in a rural area,
transportation is also needed, but for the opposite reason. A rural area is
usually very small and spread out, so walking is not always an option. Rural
areas also do not usually have taxi cabs and subways, so a car is needed. A car
can also be useful anywhere if there is any type of emergency. Cars, subways
and taxi cabs are not the only forms of transportation. Boats help if traveling
out of the country and planes help with this too, but also like trains and buses,
boats can also help people travel inside the country. Walking and bicycle
riding are also methods of transportation, but not usually for extremely long
distances. Really, all of these methods of transportation can get you anywhere
that you need to be. Without transportation, there would also be problems
because most people would not be able to go to work, go on vacations, move to
different places, travel, or visit friends and family. We, as people, rely on
transportation for everything. New and better types of transportation, such as
cars, are always being made for us as consumers. - Jessica Wilson

I agree that transportation matters. Without transportation people could not get to their jobs, school etc. People use transportation for everything. If an emergency comes up you need transportation. So therefore without transportation we wouldnt be able to go on with our activities in everyday life.
ReplyDeleteI also agree that transportation matters. We will use it everyday for the rest of our lives. Transporation is a useful tool in today's society. Cars and airplanes are my most used things. People are constantly on the go. Cars have even been known to be life savers. Without transportation we would be wasting valuable time. Transportation is a major element and we can not do without it.
ReplyDeleteTransportaion matters to all people. In the earliest of times people walked or used animals for transportaion. They were limited on how far they could travel. Now people take planes and boats across the oceans and visit countries thousands of miles away. People use cars, buses, and subways daily to commute from their homes to work. Modern transportation especially matters.
ReplyDeleteI also agree with this statement about transportation. The common world revolves around transportation. Without it we would be restricted to just our own area. As humans, being a social person is important to having a fulfilling life. Without transportation the social aspect of our lives would be limited to mainly our family.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely, transportation matters! Like you said transportation especially matters in big cities. If cities like New York and Chicago didn't have transportation no one would be able to go anywhere and they would be late to everything. Also its necessary for us to have transportation in case of an emergency. If someone got hurt and had no way to get to an hospital fast enough they would die.
ReplyDeleteTransportation matters. It is easy to not realize how important transportation is. It is essential to keep the world running! Without transportation, there would be no way to send products across the world. Also, people rely on transportation to travel. Horses were great to have back in the day, but not in today’s world.
ReplyDeleteI also agree that transportation matters. Ever since the beginning of time, people have been thinking of ways to make transportation easier. Now, we use a car every single day to get to work, or to the convenience store. Advances in transportation have made it possible for separated families to reconnect with one another.
ReplyDeleteTransportation does matter. Transportation has advanced tremendously in the past few decades. It's amazing how now we have different transportation systems for different purposes and different areas of the world. The subway station in NYC truly amazed me. I would have ridden it all day if I had the opportunity. That was a perfect example of how important transportation is. There is so much traffic that it would be almost impossible for everyone to get to where they needed to go in a sufficient amount of time.
